  This store is one of the smaller I've seen. They often don't have the products I'm looking for in stock, I assume due to its smaller size, and the staff for the most part doesn't know the products enough to offer anything I couldn't learn from simply teasing the description. I check online first, if they have a specific product in stock, I'll drop in because of the convenient location but it's not a place I come unprepared with the intent of just browsing.

  Had the most unprofessional experience here when I arrived to pick up an online order and had a couple of questions regarding the whole process as this was my first time picking up an online order. The 'supposed' supervisor was super arrogant and rude and didn't want to help with my query and insisted I call their toll-free helpline for assistance. I still don't understand why, she, being the supervisor that she was, couldn't or even made an attempt to help me. It was on a not-so busy weekday at 5 PM.
